Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and monitor quality operations.
- Plan and optimise plant space utilization to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Maintain Quality Standard in the operations.
- Build and manage customer relationships by ensuring quality delivery, timely communication, and addressing concerns.
- Develop and execute model-wise production plans aligned with demand and capacity.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal material availability.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Lead Floor Associates and supervisors.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training support.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of all production and process-related records.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering – 8-10 years of relevant experience in automotive operations
or
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering – 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in automotive operations
