Location: Sriperumbudur
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily shop floor activities to ensure smooth inbound, material handling, and production operations.
- Lead and guide floor associates, ensure proper task allocation, and productivity.
- Supervise and execute safe unloading and loading of inbound and outbound vehicles.
- Monitor pallet handling, conveyor operations, and ensure process compliance at all stages.
- Perform regular process checks and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain proper updates on production status and tasks.
- Ensure safety practices are followed and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Polytechnic / ITI (Mechanical or related field preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in production or manufacturing environment.
